Bayer is seeking an individual to perform the following duties:
•Perform filling and packaging activities for sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products
•Set up and operate all sterile packaging equipment and non-sterile filling and packaging equipment. This includes label machines, cartoners, filling machines and all packaging equipment
•Responsible for making adjustments to labeling and packaging equipment to keep them operating within specifications
•Ability to follow safety guidelines, SOP's and cGMP's
•Check batch records and printed packaging to ensure correct labeling, lot numbers and expiration dates are applied and ensure that revision numbers on printed packaging matches batch records.
•Ensure correct Q.C. Release numbers are recorded on the batch records
•Responsible for taking and recording in-process fill checks
•Record machine usage and cleaning in log books

Requirements for this position-

· High school education or equivalent
· One or more years experience in a manufacturing environment
· Demonstrated math aptitude
· Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
· Demonstrated organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
· Knowledge of cGMP’s

Preferred:
Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Experience operating, troubleshooting, setting up and tearning down equipment
