Duties of the Veterinary Receptionist include, but are not limited to:
* Check in/check out clients
* Schedule appointments and surgeries
* Confirm appointments and surgeries
* Answer busy phones with ability to route calls
* Make boarding arrangements
* Client communication
* Client education
* Limited hours including Saturdays and Sundays.

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is the largest private owner of free standing veterinary hospitals in the United States. We promote an employee friendly workplace in our veterinary hospitals and veterinary clinics.

Several extraordinary NVA animal hospitals are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join their team.

Veterinary knowledge preferred

NVA offers great benefit packages, however benefits do vary by location and PT/FT status.

Countryside location is for Part-time only.

Successful Veterinary Receptionist...
* Must have a STRONG ability to multi-task
* Must be positive, self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player
* Extraordinary people skills are absolutely necessary as well as, computer skills and of course a love for animals!
* Saturdays and evening hours are required.
